During the COVID-19 pandemic our son was playing youth football. One of the players on the team tested positive for the virus, which became a concern. As a parent, I grew very concerned about the situation. I wanted to do something about it! For a couple weeks straight I attempted to create a way to help protect the player from spreading and receiving the virus. I came up with our first ever face shield that incorporates an N-95 Filter.

 

Through my thought process of the entire project, I developed a great interest in the sports safety equipment.
